Manually insert images and edit database 9 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello!

I do not have the "gs" installed on my hosting. What is the procedure for recording the images and change the database manually?

I entered through the system a "book". But do not generate the pages.

I tried editing the table "arismartbook_page_settings" but not linked "pages" to "books".

I await help. Thank you!

Hello,

Do you want to create a book based on images from folder(s) on your server?

If you want to create a book based on images from the selected folder(s) on your server, set "Pages are created from" parameter to "Images" when creating a book and enter path(s) to folder(s) with images in "Pages source -> Directories" parameter in book settings. For example if images located in <joomla_directory>/images/mybook folder then populate the parameter with the following value:

images/mybook

PS: Documentation for the extension is available here. Quick start is described here.
