Hello

I was just downloading the ari smart book component.

But now I have a problem with the upload of my PDF document which i want to transfer into images.

I tried several times and I always had the problem which you can see on the screenshot.

Can you help me out?

Hello,

Contact you hosting support and ask installed or not "GhostScript" on your hosting and if it is installed, path to it.

Ok, unfortunately I think I can't contact my Hosting Support until tomorrow morning..

Just in case that there is no Ghostscript installed, what other options do i have? I use the Joomla 3.3 CMS.

Ghostscript is required if you want to convert PDF files to images. Usually it is installed on popular hosting services like Bluehost, Hostmonster and etc.

Hello

I was speaking with my hooster and he told me that Ghostscript isn't installed and he isn't shure that its possible to install..

Isn't there an other possibility to load it up image by image?? i have got already the images and so on..!?!

i really don't know what to do next, please help me!!
