Add the next CSS rules:

DIV.ari_slider .ari_slider_menu

{

 height: 100px;

}



DIV.ari_slider .ari_slider_menu ul li a 

{

 height: 90px;

}

and modify <joomla_directory>/modules/mod_arislider/includes/js/img/panel.jpg image that it has height equals to 100 pixels.
