Hi, I am running into the same issue as described in the post:

jm is my Joomla install, images are in Winter2103 folder and I have tried many different path combinations and still received the same error. I can view all of the images in a browser by appending jm/images/Winter2013/XXX.jpg, it is not a permission or location issue ...

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: jm/images/Winter2013
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: public_html/jm/images/Winter2013

Any hints/help would be greatly appreciated.
