If you want to use the plugin in "Custom HTML" module, set "Prepare Content" parameter to "Yes" in module settings.

You use the incorrect code. It should look like:

instead of:

I've appended the ?TB_iframe=true&height=450&width=800 to the code and if I do the link based on the menu it says "Category not found" and if I do it based on the actual link it gives me a 500 Error.

Also, anyway to get just the article to show and not the whole template?

Add tmpl=component parameter to URL if want to show show only content without header, footer and other elements.

What link do you enter in module settings, it looks incorrect on frontend.
