Hello,

I purchased ariscroller (order id = 5755).

After that I got an email asking me to go to member area and generate full license key. However when I log in into member area - I only get option to download the zip file. No option to generate any license key.

I unzipped the file.

I installed the module. Published it.

Then I installed the plug-in and enabled it.

The Joomla article in which I want the scrolling is the article in which I use the following code

{ariscroll}this is the HTML content i want to scroll{/ariscroll}

However the content does not scroll - install it shows some of the HTML tags.

Currently I am testing these on my home computer and have not yet incorporated this on my production site.

I also noticed the following errors in the browser -

I am using Joomla Template Modulus. I was not sure what you meant by sending page files. So here is what I have done.

My website is www.***.com

Administrator login to site is :-
www.***.com/administrator

temporary Login id :- ***
password for this :- ***

I have installed the ariscroller module

I have installed the ariscroller plugin

I have custom HTML module titled "Home Showcase About". I want the text of that to scroll upwards.

However, the text is not scrolling.

If I put the ariscroller properties in the ariscroll tag - then the screen shows up these as text in the display.

You should be able to login into my site and check out what is happening and hence find a fix for it to start working.

I downloaded the plug-in from member area and upgraded to this new version.

It is still not working to scroll the text. Instead it just displays the tag {ariscroll}

OK - if I choose mode as "anywhere" then the {ariscroll} is not displayed but if I choose mode as "content" then the {ariscroll} tag is displayed.
