Looks good and thinking of buying.
I can see that you can assign different values to the trhe answers in different questions.

Is it possible to assign a value to a category. EG

Category A - weighting 3
Category B - weighting 2

(So in effect all answers in Category A are multiplied by 3 and Cat B by 2)

Also can you explain what the in The Question Update page, what the
'Score' field is for

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our component. Regarding your question, the component doesn't provide ability to set weight for category. 'Score' field contains score for question. A user earns this score if provides correct answer for question.

I understand the category scoring issue, and could perhaps work around by handling this via an export to Excel and doing that externally. However as I cannot look at the export format, I am not sure. Please advise on the format, provide example.

Do you mean export format for quizzes results or format of CSV file which is used for importing questions to quiz system?

Export format of answers

Just for clarity on question scoring. What I want to do is the following:-

Question 1

Can you speak Italian
Very well = 10 Quite well = 5 OK = 3 Not at all = 0

Question 2
Can you speak German
Very well = 5 Quite well = 3 OK = 2 Not at all = 0


The reason I need to weight the question like the above is that in this example, the need to speak Italian is essential, German desirable

The component exports only common information about quiz results into Excel and CSV format. You can see sample of export formats here.
