one step further.. the possitioning now is ok,
but still what is missing in IE is the question and subject discription (Question label)

This problem with 'Page Peel Banner' module. It can't load necessary flash file due to restriction configuration of your server. You can check web server log, it will contain 403 HTTP error. Disable this module or configure server that this module can load necessary flash objects.

i am fighting now to find out how to make the text area wider..
this is all what i need for the moment, i dont need to move or reposition any blocks

Oh yes,
that is great please correct it as your last screenshot,,

i will be happy with that, but now we dont have te 4 boxes on the top left side,, i have now idea what for those blocks..

but the layout you send on the screenshot is great..
could please make it??
