Hello, Check that the following folders have writable permissions: <joomla_dir>/administrator/components/com_ariquiz/cache/files/i18n/lbackend/ <joomla_dir>/administrator/components/com_ariquiz/cache/files/i18n/lfrontend/ If it doesn't help, provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this issue.
