I have upgraded to Joomla 5.4.0 and php 8.2.28 but my students are struggling to get their results consistently, the system does not always save the answers so gives the student a zero result and the sometimes it does save the answers. When I and my developer test it it mostly works but on occasion it does not work. We have tried white listing the IP addresses but we cannot seem to recreate the issue to resolve, has other clients experienced anything like this and do you perhaps have a solution for me. We have been working on this for two weeks now without any luck. Please can you assist, see two images attached

Could you provide exact steps how to reproduce the problem? What "ARI Quiz" version you use? Does it contain any modifications?

We are now on "ARI Quiz" v. 3.10.21.

We added an email search option on the quizzes results

We cannot seem to recreate the issue, some students can successfully complete the quiz with a score result and 30 minutes or a day or week later they get the zero (system doent record their input).

When myself or my developer test the quizzes we get a result? We did get a few zero results just after we upgraded by we white listed our IP addresses and it seems to be ok so far

We added the email search as the user search does not seem to show the current users only very old users, this was the same before we upgraded. The name email of the students gets saved in all aspects but sometime some users have issue that their quiz response is not getting saved.

I have spent weeks trying to resolve this issue and have the following info:

We have recreated the issue, once the quiz times out the data is not getting stored:

My host has suggested the below, please can you assist with find the issue, the students results are not recording once the exam times out.

I can see deprecation warnings in the PHP logs ( cPanel >> File Manager >> public_html >> error_log )

They are PHP deprecation warnings, mainly caused by Joomla extensions that are not compatible with your current PHP version.

When these deprecated warnings occur on data submit actions, the system may break before the insert happens.

Switching the site to PHP 7.4 will probably resolve the issue, please have a look.
and this one : On checking the latest logs, I could see the issues with the contentpassword plugin. Please check the issue with your developer.
