Error displaying to someone taking a quiz 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago

A user gets the following error (see attachment) when they are taking the quiz - I don't know what stage this is in the quiz. We've had many successful completions of the quiz since we installed the component.

I'm running Joomla 4.4.5 with ARI Quiz" v. 3.10.18.

Any help with this would be very much appreciated.

The issue seemed to have fixed itself - I'm not sure how or why this happened. Thank you for your response almost 2 weeks after this happened. I guess buying a product and getting support are not mutually beneficial.
