Hello,
Trying to import questions via question bank CSV import.
I got one CSV file to import, but now getting error messages for other file imports. I have inspected the files to see if something wrong with format, but cannot find anything.
I will attach a CSV file that has failed, and will attach the error messages (2 images).
Thanks for help.

I was not able to attach CSV file as you do not accept that type.
I have attached photo one of two of the error messages.
