We checked it on our side (select "Pakistan" country and "U.S. Dollar" currency) and "Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card" option appeared. Try to start a new browser's session.

I have tried again and again but I cannot get the pay with credit card option.

I cannot checkout as a guest, even after clearing cache of browser, the checkout still ask me to log in or sign up

I know that you've already wrote about your payment method's direction. I have also wrote about my problem, the solution to which doesn't seem to be redress at any point.
I don't think I'll be able to buy this plugin because of my region issue. I have tried to buy it from three different computers with different IPs but the issue is still persistent and you have already wrote that I can't pay from MasterCard.
Thanks for your help though.

All payments on our site are handled by 2CheckOut. Unfortunately we don't have other option. We described the possible solution, but probably PayPal blocks it not only based on currency, but also for IP from some countries.
