Please could you advise if I am able to add a button to redirect to another page/website after the quiz results are shown on my website?

Hello,

Do you want to redirect automatically or by button click? If you want to use button for navigation then it can be added a text template which is shown on quiz results page.

Text templates support HTML code so you can add button to them.
