I have set up for admin to get emails unfortunately I am not getting them as yet

I would like admin to be advised of both failed and passed exams, how can I have both as the system only allows me to select one option

Could you provide a screenshot where we can see what option you mean?

Users from "Notification email(s)" receive failed and passed results.
