You cannot use the question type to move answers. It still writes an error message that no answers were selected, even though the answers are set. However, the error message cannot be deleted and the website is blocked by this message and there is nothing to do but update the page. But it is still not possible to save the answers, again it will write that no answer has been entered.

Sorry for the delay. Missed your question. It seems "Additional settings -> Disable empty answers" parameter is set to "Yes" in quiz settings so the quiz doesn't accept your answer. If you want to accept empty answers then change the parameter to "No" or move all gray rectangles (right side) to appropriate blue rectangles (left side).
