Can't install AriQuiz on top of AriQuiz Lite 3 Years, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
I have just purchased AriQuiz and tried to install it on top of AriQuiz Lite which we have been using. Unfortunately, it keeps giving back an error and not allowing the install to proceed. Something to do with the databases.

Can somebody please help?

Hello,

It needs to uninstall "ARI Quiz Lite" before install "ARI Quiz". All data remain untouched after installing "ARI Quiz".

PS: We can investigate the problem and helps to install the extension if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.
