Hello,

After updating joomla to version 3.9.19 we created a battery of exercises. When we try to answer the exercises, it crashes and when it starts it appears with all the questions marked.

Someone on the forum can help us?

I have You already have the latest Joomla version, 3.9.20.

There is no problem with ariquiz

Hello,

As we do not have answers about the Ari Quiz problem with joomla 3.9.19 and 3.9.20, we have ended the use of this product in our schools.
However, Ari makes it clear in the joomla org extensions that This extension does NOT implement the Joomla! Update System

Hello,

The extension works with latest Joomla! version and it seems this problem with server configuration. If the problem occurs only with time limited quizzes, make sure time is synchronized on web and database servers.

Hello,

The Ari Quiz error is a java script error. It is an error that occurred in a function in the Ari Quiz code that was discontinued. At least, that was the analysis we did and identified. It is not due to the timing of the issue with the time of the server and the database.
