Can't seem to get the fields for name and email to show at the top of the quizzes even with the anonymous access option set to No. Also the radio buttons for Single Questions are not showing. What am I missing or doing wrong? a2zpreview3.com/hipaa-quiz

Hello, This problem with site template styles. It contains global style for radio buttons and it hides them. Add the following CSS rule to a site template CSS file to fix the problem: #ariQuizContainer input[type="radio"] {visibility: visible} Regards, ARI Soft

Hello, Open "Access & Security" tab on quiz settings page and disable "Start immediately" parameter. Regards, ARI Soft
