The problem occurs in all quizzes with questions like "free text" or "multiple free text".
An example here:
verifiche.danielepriori.it/unita-di-misura.html
You must log in with the following credentials:
user: guest
password: ariquiz
After having filled in at least one field and saved, re-enter in the quiz: the suggestions will be shown in the fields previously filled in and saved.

We understand the problem. It occurs with multiple free text questions, not with simple free text. Download and upgrade the component to v. 3.9.16. It should help.
