Question Count is not correct 14 Years, 9 Months ago

I created a quiz in which there are 10 questions, at the end of quiz the result is showing out of 9 questions, it is showing one question less. But it is showing answers for 10 questions.

Quiz Result
Result : 4 / 9
Percentage : 44.44 %
Passed : Not Passed
Start Date : 2010-08-11 15:29:12
End Date : 2010-08-11 15:30:53
Spent Time : 1 min 41 sec
Passed Percentage : 50.00 %

After the result section it shows all the 10 questions, What could have gone wrong possibly?

Please let me know if you need administrator access.
