Call to a member function getName() on a non-objec 9 Years ago

I have working questions on a previously loaded quiz using customization question pool.

I am receiving an error ' 0 Call to a member function getName() on a non-object (boolean)' when I attempt to view a .csv imported question.

I am unable to take a quiz on the frontend.

I am using 3.6.8, I cannot loos my customizations if upgrades do not contain them.

My website is www.3ignite.com, your access from a previous issue is still active.

Hello, Download the latest version of the extension from "Member Area" and copy backend/kernel/Xml/j30/class.XmlHelper.php file from com_ariquiz.zip archive to <joomla_directory>/administrator/components/com_ariquiz/kernel/Xml/j30/ folder on your server. Regards, ARI Soft

That did not fix the issue. Customers are also unable to take a quiz on any questions showing the error. If I upgrade to the newest version will I lose my customizations?

Custom features will be lost if upgrade to standard version. We can send files which where modified for a previous version. They can be used to merge changes with the latest version of the extension. Regards, ARI Soft
