HI, While importing the CSV file with questions , i am seeing this error. ARI XML: Error at line 1 column 0. Error 2: syntax error The same error i am getting even for the sample question-bank.csv file that was provided in help. Any ideas ?? I have attached the sample file that i am importing and also, the system info of the hosting account...

Hello, It seems a file haven't attached. Could you send it by email? And provide information what version of the component you use, what version PHP and Joomla! is used on your site? Regards, ARI Soft
