Just installed your great piece of coding

I encounter some issue's. (think it not the software but my hosting settings ?)

1) the end result page is not showing the quiz results, only the awnsers/questions.

2) A 2 question quiz presents me 3 questions?, the first question is presented twice. (same errors als the problem below)

3)When pressing save, nothing happens.. but my (apache/nginx) proxy_error.log tells me te following:

I'm running a dedicated Ubuntu 14.04 server with the following:

Plesk 12 + Joomla 3.4.5 Stable (All folder rights are green)
Mysql -> 5.5.46-0ubuntu0.14.04.2 ( utf8_general_ci )
Webserver -> Apache2 / nginx 1.9.4
PHP Version -> 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.14

Hello,

1. If you want to show questions with correct and incorrect answers, set "Results settings -> Show detailed results" to "Always" value in quiz settings. If want to show some text template, create it on "ARI Quiz -> Text templates" page and select the created template on "Results settings -> Choose template type -> Successful template" and "Results settings -> Choose template type -> Failed template" drop-downs on quiz settings page.

2. It can show due to configuration of quiz. For example the same questions loads from question bank. Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can check quiz settings and also investigate the problem #3?

1 - detailed results" to "Always" was set to always (After making a new text template, there showing)

2)There are 2 questions in one 1 bank category (on 1 quiz)

3) email is send!
