I cannot do it by myself. I asked my student and she told me that she was in the middle of the test, then the question could not load. Then she clicked on "refresh" and it asked to start over. Because of that the name was changed to "guest" and it continued without an email. I tried to do it myself but I couldn't. Well, if it happened only once, it's no problem.

It seems internet connection of the user was interrupted and was restore with another IP address as result she was logged out. Regards, ARI Soft
