Can you please take a look at the format of the following csv file; This is a test file; I am trying to create a template that I can use so that I can upload over 300 multiple choice questions with 4 answers. Please see attached.

The question is imported, but not the 4 answers...

Can't upload csv file; here are the column headings below:

Type Question Note Category Randomize View Answers Answers_1 Answers_2 Answers_3 Answers_4 Score Correct Correct_1 Correct_2 Correct_3 Correct_4 Case Insensitive Correlation
