Hello,

You can try to install the extension again.

If it doesn't help, we can investigate the problem if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem.

The extension will work fine. The error message appears because the extension can't change permissions for <joomla_directory>/administrator/components/com_ariquiz/files/images/ folder due to J! configuration.
