I have enabled stop button & calculator in additional setting but both are not showing with quiz , please quide me

I have not seen buttons when start the quiz even i enabled both ( stop button & calculator in additional setting)

Could you send a link to the quiz and a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?
