Ok, here is the problem I had, I have 10 questions in a quiz, but when I actually take the quiz on the website, it only shows 7 questions instead of 10, anybody knows what is going on? Thank you. The Screenshot of quiz, questions, quiz setting, question setting are below, thank you.

Hi, Admin, the way our quiz setup is that you can only have one attempt of the quiz, so if you don't finish a previous quiz session, the question count won't reset to the right amount? And do you know what is the cause of this issue? Thank you.

If "Question count" was set to 7 and a user started a quiz and didn't complete, the next time when s/he returns, previous quiz session will be restored so the user can complete it. If question count and other settings will be changed during a quiz session, it will confuse users.

Hi, Admin, this is why I was wonder, because at the beginning of setting, we did set the "Question count" as 10, never at 7, one thing that happens though is that the quiz itself was copy from a previous quiz with setting of "Question count" as 5, but all the questions inside the quiz are new, not copy from a previous quiz, do you think this could be the reason? Thank you.

PS: we are not only one quiz today, we have 9 quizzes for Friday, all with same setting and all are copied from a previous quiz, some only show 7 questions, some show 9 questions, some show 10 questions, this is why I was curious, what is the causing of this issue, thank you.

Unfortunately we don't know what was quiz settings before, what settings for question categories and question pool. The problem appears when you start a new quiz session? If yes, could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem?
