It can be a problem with 3rd party extension or configuration of web server. Could you check web server error log, it can contain real PHP error (500 error page is shown to users, but it doesn't contain a real error due to security reasons). PS: We can also investigate the problem in more details if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email. Regards, ARI Soft

Try now please. PS: One note, only quiz takers have access to their results on frontend. If a guest user passed a quiz, a registered user can't results of guest user. Regards, ARI Soft
