Using 2.8.3

Upon completion, no quiz result shows. Instead the whole page starts reloading and reloading.

All quizzez were OK before, just updated to v 2.8.3.

You can find this option on quiz settings page. And another question, how you upgrade the component, unistall previous version and install new through standard Joomla! installation page?

PS: We can't open link which you provided. We only see 403 HTTP error.

Hello,

I've exactly the same problem. The result page is not shown anymore and caught in reload loop. Sometimes the quiz even doesn't load at all.

What's wrong? SEF is disabled for ariquiz.

AriQuiz Version 2.8.0. worked all fine until these days.
Parseplugin is disabled.

Hello,

Could you upgrade the component to the latest version (2.9.3) and if the problem still appears, provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this issue?
