We have sent it to email which you have indicated in your user account. We wrote the following:

Find zip archive in attach , please. Unzip it and
copy take_quiz.php file to
<joomla_dir>/components/com_ariquiz/frontend_pages/ folder. It should
resolve problem.

Looks like we're taking this one step by step
Now the module works during the questions. But the evaluation/result page afzter the quiz doesn't show the assigned module.
