Hello
For my users log CBlogin use, ask the real name registration and user name.
Ari quiz, component and assembly does not take the username, making the actual name.
Ie example, a user:
Real name: Miguel Angel
Username: ilien
Miguel Angel Ari quiz out
Excuse my English, and translate it online.

If I could be better in modules (mod_ariquizresult and mod_ariquiztopresult) as it is visible to all users on the page that you say does not matter because it is only seen by the user doing the quiz.

It is possible to choose what should be shown on frontend user name or login name in the modules.
