I am needing to rearrange the presentation of full Quiz results. For example:

• Hide 'Question Category', 'Question Type' and 'Total Time'


• Change the order of 'Question', 'Note', and 'Correct Answer'


• Rename 'Note' label

Can this be done? What file or files would I modify to do this?

According to your questions:

1) Currently you can hide unused rows with help CSS rules. You can add to CSS Template the following rules:

tr.ariQuizStatTrCategory td, tr.ariQuizStatTrQueType td,
tr.ariQuizStatTrTotalTime td
{
display:none !important;
}

2) Layout for quiz statistics located in javascript file, but this file is obfuscated.

3) You can change all labels on backend of ARI Quiz in section 'Languages Frontend'.

Is is possible to change the default number of results shown per page?

You are welcome Sorry, but now it isn't possible to set default number of items per page on statistics page. But you can submit feature request about this feature and we implement it in one of future releases.
