Hi

Please help

Cleaned the cache of my Joomla site and now all thumbnails are missing and not being created on all my galleries, please see here

This is urgent kindly advise what to do as I have a very annoyed customer and I cannot explain this??????

Hello,

Check that <joomla_directory>/cache folder has writable permissions and access to files from this folder is configured correctly. When we try to open thumbnails which are created by the extension, 403 HTTP error occurs. It can happen if .htaccess file is configured incorrectly.

This has not solved anything, cache folder is writable and htaccess is fine, this is happening since I cleaned the cache of the site

There are no 403 HTTP errors, all the light boxes are working fine so don't know why you are saying that

Please can you look into this for me? My client is now extremely unhappy
