Hello,

I have a problem with the ARI image slider on my mac and on Firefox: in doesn't show any images! View: www.pixarotti.com

It works perfectly on IE.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,

It seems the module is embedded into an article with help of a 3rd party plugin and WYSIWYG editor which you use add extra HTML code around plugin code. Switch editor to plain text mode and clean HTML code around plugin code.

Hello,
it's me again.

The respond I've recieved last week doesn't seem to solve the problem.
Once again: the ARI image slider works perfectly on IE (!!!) but it shows no pictures on Safari- or Firefox-browser.

Here you can have a look: www.pixarotti.com

Any help is appreciated. Thanks once again in advance!

Read our previous post, it contains the answer to your question. We can help to fix HTML code if you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email.
