Hello,

I just installed the ARI Image Slider into my Joomla 2.5.x site. It is a wonderful extension, but I am encountering a small issue. The first image does not load and it is replaced by a collapse icon e.g. (-). I have it plugged into a site I am working on here:

Site URL: [removed]

Do I have something misconfigured?

Hello,

This is not "ARI Image Slider" issue. It seems this is a feature of your site template. It provide expand/collapse buttons for modules. Check settings of site template or contact site template developers so they provide instructions how to disable it.

Thanks for the quick reply. You were correct - I was using the default Beez20 template that came with my 1-click install of Joomla. I have switched to a clean, lightweight template and no longer have the issue. Thanks again - your plug-ins rawk!
