It seems <joomla_directory>/images/SM folder doesn't contain images.

Hi, you must have accessed it just as I was cleaning up. and left just 1 small image there to see if the size affects the loading. Please check again.

The problem occurs due to "System - GCalendar" plugin. Disable it or contact plugin developers so they implement correctly behaviour of "Load jQuery" parameter when it is set to "All".
