Hi,

I'm having issues when setting up ARI Image slider. My jpg pictures are not displaying correctly : the image is altered by parasitic colors :



Could you please indicate me how I can configure this in order for it to work correctly ?

Hello,

Try to open images which you load into the slider in a browser. If they are shown correctly, provide link to page where we can see the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Images are shown correctly when I open them in a browser. The link is www.flatangel.fr. Do you need access to my backend ?

What browser do you use? We have checked the slider in IE 9, Google Chrome, FireFox 3-4 and it works fine.
