I chose the closed option but it still shows it as open on start. How can I fix this? Thanks

I would like a refund please. This extension is near useless to me. You should have polished it before offering it for sale.

Describe what doesn't work and provide a link to a page where we can see a problem. It can be a conflict with 3rd party extension or incorrect configuration of the module. Regards, ARI Soft
