Fancybox works once only 9 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 0
On first clicking it works fine.

Then I close the box and go to open it again... it hangs at the loading sign for quite a while then when the fancybox does appear, the content has changed to the entire web page inside the fancybox.

Seems a bit bizarre so looking for some help with this!

I've got this on other sites, i'd rather not air them yet, and they do a similar thing to this site. Though on this site it just seems to grab the footer code.

It seems a module is loaded into the lightbox and javascript code which is used by the module causes the problem. Create an article and load the module into this article using "Content - Load Module" standard Joomla! plugin or "Modules Anywehre" or "Module Plant" 3rd party plugins and then load the article into the lightbox. It should resolve the problem.

Okay doing it that way seems to work fine.

I created an article which I inserted the module for the form into using Modules Anywhere, which then in the ARI fancybox module I used the article type and from there it pulled through fine with no error.

I did try inline just to see what it would do, but it broke so i'll just stick to the article method.
