Hello dear ARI team

I have a problem with the fancy box. when I use the code "{arifancybox active type =" rcontent "opt_width =" 300 "opt_height =" 250 "url =" www.google.com "link =" Show google site "title =" Google "} {/ arifancybox} ", it opens me the link to a new page and not in a fancy box. The plugin is activated! I need help!

Hello,

Could you provide link to page where we can see the problem? It can be a conflict with a 3rd party extension.

Here is the link to Page: My Site

Below is the link in the blue bar on the left to the fancy box. He will always opens in new window and not in the fancy box.
Joomla 1.6.6 I also tried the sexy Ligthbox Lite, but the same problem.

Hello,

The problem with your site template and plugin settings. Disable "Content - ARI Sexy Lightbox Lite" plugin, then open "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugin settings, set "Include jQuery" parameter to "No" and set "Mode" parameter to "Anywhere". It should help.

Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate the issue in more details?
