How To Place An Image In The Menu 2 Years, 6 Months ago

Hi…. I want to replace the usual text menu item with an image that links to the article. (See attached image) I’m guessing that can be done with a css class statement in the ARI module. Unfortunately I struggle creating class statements and hope you can help with the required css code.

Plus…. it would be great, but not essential, if the article opened in a JCE MediaBox pop-up (installed and published). Can that be included in the css code?
