I have set up a site using the Beez3 template Joomla version 3.8.5 so I could have drop down menus, since this extension was recommended on a number of forums.

However, when I replace the existing menu in position 1 using this extension, all I get is an open, blank area. I have been unable to find any documentation to make sure I am doing everything correctly. Is this extension compatible with the Beez3 template? Or is there anything special I need to be doing to make it work correctly? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Sorry, found your e-mail. The settings look normal. It can be a problem with template styles so we need to see the page where the problem occurs (not a screenshot) to check it.
