You mean hovering works fine with your joomla 3 ? Or you need to click to have the submenu

It does not work correctly. Hovering does the same thing on the new, fresh, install as on the site I originally posted about. Color changes, but menu does not open. Clicking works fine. Both the fresh install and the one I'm working on are Joomla 3
