How can I show text separators in my left menu? There should be one before "Forside test" called "Caritas" mchandy.dk/test/

Found out I can make it appear if I set other menu items using "Caritas" as parrent... But I actually want the "Caritas" to be a kind of heading for some menu items below, but without making it a drop down menu item... Is that possible?
