There is a Projectmenu called "PROJECTEN". The background of that mainmenu & submenu are OK.
Problem Menu:

On this page, I have also an "ARI Ext Menu", but the problem is that the background of that menu is not black transparant.
I also used the same CSS code as in the correct menu, but it doens't work:

Can you figure out what is wrong with the problem menu?
