The sub-menus lose their styling on an intermittent basis. We cannot discern a triggering event. When a menu item is clicked on, the style returns. Thoughts?

The menu uses an image as the background. Could this be the problem?

Here is a zipped web page that will show you the menus with the style disappearing. I believe there is a js file missing....
