Is it possible to show only the submenu of a menu?

Example:

1. I have a menu module "TOPMENU"
2. In the menu module there are some menus: MENU1, MENU2, MENU3
3. The MENU2 has some submenus: SUBMENU1, SUBMENU2, SUBMENU3

In ARI Ext Menu module I can select only "TOPMENU" and so ARI Ext Menu will shows: menu1, menu2, menu3 with the submenu when I go on menu2.

I don't want to show MENU1, MENU2, MENU3 but only show the submenu of MENU2.

I wish to decide to show the submenus of MENU2.

Is it possible?
