How do I upgrade.
Do I uninstall the old version OR just reintall it.
Any other way through FTP.

It is not necessary to uninstall previous version. Install new version over old one.

One more thing.
I am using multiple copies of this module on the site. (i.e. on two Menu's: Main and Key Concepts).
Will the update cover both.

Now one of the menu's has vanished and the other one is not showing correctly.
